Order Morality Loyalty Promise Betrayal Epiphany Apathy Memories [you asked for it.]

Order

Law, Order, Duty. Three words Connor thought he lived his life by. Three words that Gotham hardly knows the meaning of. While he still considers them guiding principals, recent events have left him jaded, effectively cutting away the naivety he once had. He wants to believe in the Masks of Gotham City, but Two-Face killed that hope and faith he once had for Batman and the others.

Morality

Morality is something that Connor struggles with, more now than ever. Before, he never questioned his orders, his place in life. However, for now, he’s a little lost—and events in the Corruption Arc have left him more prone to violent outbursts and anger when dealing with Taliesin. There is no telling just how far Connor will go if he were to see Tali in person right now… but soon enough it’ll happen, and it’s likely that Connor’s morality will be called into question. After all, good guys aren’t supposed to kill, right?

Loyalty

One thing that is unwavering for Connor is his loyalty to the people he loves. Once you’re in his heart, you’ll stay there, no matter what happens, even if you hurt him and turn your back. If you look over your shoulder, you’ll still see him there, waiting for you to come back.

Promise

Connor doesn’t break promises. If he tells you he’ll do something, you can rest assured that he will do anything and everything in his power to go through with it. 

Betrayal

Connor doesn’t take betrayal from friends well. However, even as he remains wary, he’ll still want to smooth things over and try to work everything out as quickly and easily as possible. Now, if the betrayal is something catastrophic, the likelihood for forgiveness is slim to none. AKA: Even if you’re a friend, if you hurt the ones closest to him, he won’t show mercy.

Epiphany

In the days following the stabbing and torture he received in Gotham Harbor, Connor came to the conclusion that he really was in the wrong profession. While yes, he was terrified to die—because really, what human being wouldn’t?—it wasn’t exactly about that. Before, when he first entered the GCPD, he lived on his own and had a small handful of friends. Since then, he’s gained a fiance and a son, and he’s terrified of leaving them behind. Deep down, he knows they’d be able to take care of themselves and move on, but Connor refuses to let them go. It’s mildly unhealthy in all actuality, almost an obsession, but it’s a part of him. He refuses to leave Vincent a widow and Loki an orphan.

Apathy

If there is one thing Connor hates about the upper class in Gotham is their absolute apathy for the less fortunate denizens of the city. Sure, they hold all these fundraisers and charity dinners, but it’s all for recognition and prestige. Few actually give a damn for the poor of Gotham, the destitute of the Narrows. However, Connor knows that there are a handful that aren’t like the others, and because of that he’s actually pretty proud to share their last name, even if he doesn’t actually share blood with them.

Memories

One thing Connor enjoys doing at night when he lays in bed, is think back on his life. More accurately, he likes remembering good times he had with friends and family. For instance, he’ll lay there and just smile to himself as he thinks back on Super Bowl night with Dean, or his tea times with Charles, playful arguments with Harry about his Trekkie status, even the times he chased Vincent through the streets and alleyways of Gotham when he was working his case. Memories are precious to him, they’re a record of not only his life, but also of his love. If there’s one thing Connor clings to tightly, it’s love.

I’m absolutely terrified of spiders. Pictures of spiders make my skin crawl so I have the word saviored. Not even kidding, yo.

Ω - How did you get into RP?

I first started in msn chatrooms. Iiiii played Raistlin Majere from Dragonlance and oh my god I was terrribllleeee. From there I started making original characters for an old RP community called The Silhouette Project. That place was amazing and I met some great people there, but all good things must come to an end I guess. That was my first real experience RPing with steady groups of people and I miss it terribly.

Connor’s a little more observant than people give him credit for. He’s going into the PI business for a reason after all, and it’s something that he’ll be good at too. Soon enough people will get to see that there’s a brain underneath that fluffy head of hair.

Ooooh, good question. I freakin’ love food. I love chips—particularly Ruffles cheddar sour cream ones. Ugh, they’re like crack. Oh, and Chex Mix. I could live on those.
