time to spread a little love on the dash! ( ACCEPTING! )
here's the thing. up until i started following @malka-lisitsa , i hadn't really seen the tv series. like a few clips, but i had very little exposure or understanding as far as the lore or the canon was concerned, which meant that novi's depiction of katherine has been my major window into that world. and since becoming friends, i've tried to watch the show, but i just can't get into it, i just think novi's outshining the series atp! the metas, the headcanons, the writing, it all sheds so much light on this beautifully and thoughtfully created portrayal of such a fantastic character! plus, there's so much loyalty and authenticity to the character, like katherine is always 110% katherine, no matter who she interacts with. even aisling's adopted her now and katherine is still herself! novi writes her with so much love and care and it always shows; i always learn so much when novi's on my dash, and i'm so glad to know her!
and you know who else is great? @livesaved !! terri is an absolute delight, and honestly, so is belle! terri is such a fun person to know and to write with, and their writing is SO good! every character they create and interact with is so stunningly constructed, and so lifelike, like i can't rewatch the pitt now because i'll just be sad that belle isn't in it, and that's just the kinda power that terri has as a writer and as a human being. belle is so wonderfully human, yk? like i can't find any other way to put it. she's just sensational on every level, her backstory is so beautifully and poignantly written out, and i'm just obsessed on every level in a healthy way! terri is also a wonderful friend and so easy to talk to, just a naturally warm and charismatic and lovely person through all interactions, both in the DMs and on the dash. i think they're a radiant light on the dash, and i'm so glad to see them on mine every day!
last but not least, i think @kurjaks is just so under-rated, like roach and i have known one another a good while now and just. i can't stress to you enough how much love i have for roach! such a fantastic friend, to both myself and to everyone lucky enough to know them! and holy mother of god, but what a creative mind too!! kurjak is phenomenal, and i say this with the utmost sincerity, i can't imagine any tv series or film franchise being able to capture the energy that he gives off! kurjak is such a uniquely fantastic character in that, i sincerely don't think anyone can really predict what's going to be said. the amount of times i've received a reply from roach that has kurjak saying the most unexpected stuff in response to aisling is insane, like i have to stop reading the replies in public bc they just make me React, it's either a gasp or laughter or both, iDEK I JUST LOVE THE VIBES SO MUCH!! and roach is such a dear friend, like i just can't get over how wonderful they are; something that's seen across the blog bc of how sincere and wonderful and mutually enjoyable the interactions are, both in character and out!
