Yeah, Buddy, you just care about the keys. Not about the fact that your Nemesis brought someone else with him into your thing. Especially when you put so much effort into making a new outfit.

Buddy Appreciation Post
Funny Cinderella Boy Headcanon
After they have been dating for a little bit, Chase stumbles across an old diary of Buddy where he documents some of his experience working for Ex Libris. Nothing too gory though. It's from when he was young and yearning for a friend.
Buddy is excited because soon he'll be able go into stories and meet someone. He then goes on a tangent about Prince Charming where he lists off everything he thinks he should be. Each of them perfectly match Chase to a T.
By the end he is blushing hard enough to be mistaken for a stoplight. He can't even look at Bubby the next morning.
I'm calling it right now. The boy in the last episode is working for Ex Libris and he's going to be a rival for Buddy.
You want to know something that I absolutely love about Chase and Buddy's dynamic post getting together?
Buddy would write Chase the longest poem expressing the deepest feelings of this heart.
While Chase considers 'Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Hot as Hell' to be the highlight of his writing career.
But Buddy would still be head over heels. Even if he does wonder why occasionally.
Cinderella Boy Theory
Buddy has never had Ice Cream before. When Chase finds out, he drags him to the nearest ice cream parlor and spends the whole afternoon trying different flavors.
