it is okay to self diagnose isn't it? I just saw an awful powerpoint saying not to and i just need reassurance, it was one of those talking about cis/het/man/white 'hate' and i just, i feel like im having a panic attack and idk why? thanks

It is aBSOLUTELY ALWAYS OKAY TO SELF DIAGNOSE and don;t let any assholes tell you different. Anti-self diagnosis rhetoric is classist, ableist and dismisses people's personal experiences in favour of rich doctors who often care more about money than patients. If you know you're disabled, you don't need a piece of paper to prove it.
