Childcare vent.
So over getting yelled at and called lazy for things (ie not putting a seperate hand wash in the room, sending volunteers to do cleaning to make things easyer) then telling new people so they don't get in trouble as well, only to have them ask the directors and be told that "no thats ok you don't have to" Why the fuck was it such a big deal for me and nickie? Maybe if we had been left to sort the room out it would have worked out better. Like I really need the help to look like even more of an idiot. I love the stupid reasons too, like no we only told you that because of this. No, you were pretty damn clear there had to be handwash in the room for the adults. You didnt say anything else.You made out the whole centre would get shut down and it would be my fault. Whatever.. What is even the point of finishing this course? everyone thinks Im an idiot either way. the more I learn the dumber I get treated. Like honestly, all I want to do is do my job properly but they make it so goddamn confusing. One morning im in trouble for not changing nappies in the morning, next day Im in trouble for not taking them outside in the morning so I could change the nappies. even when I expain this they act like IM the idiot for not being able to make it work. vent over...
