The little bell chimed overhead as the blonde pulled open the small flower shop’s door, a smile pushing up the corners of his mouth as he took in the colors that surrounded him. It had only been a few days since Adrien was last here to buy some flowers for Marinette, but it always felt like walking into a different world every time he came. The colors, the humidity, everything about the place just reminded him of some far away place that only movies could depict. But more so than the exotic plants, he loved the advice he could always count on, to the point where it made him think it was almost motherly in the way she spoke.
“Miss Badeau?” the teen called as he made his way through the floral plants, scanning over each with a careful eye. It would seem that the woman was in the back again, and so he came up to the counter and shoved his hands in his pockets as he waited for the flower shop owner to emerge. He didn’t know what he was here to get just yet, but he had a feeling it would have to be something different than the usual for the girl that seemed to be slipping away from him.
