Luke Seier Reviews Man 2.0: The Fitness Book That's Redefining Masculine
Hello Everyone Luke Seier here. This is an article I came across in regards to Man 2.0: The Fitness Book That's Redefining Masculine
What do you get when you combine two of the fitness industry’s brightest minds with promotional advice from Tim Ferriss, business insight from Mark Cuban, and a foreword from Arnold Schwarzenegger himself?
The year’s most important fitness book, complete with workout plans, pop culture references, and more than a few F-bombs.
Man 2.0 the style edition (part 1)
so we all know the a good man begins with having positive inner qualities, but he also has to look positive on the outside. This post will cover my opinion of what Man 2.0 should have in his wardrobe and how his outer appearance should consist of in depth.
before we go into what material items Man 2.0 should have we first need to cover how Man 2.0 should present himself to the world. Because you could be Louie, Gucci, and polo down, but that is all an act if the man on the inside is a loud ignorant buffoon (i know there are people that immediately come to your mind after you read that).
How Man 2.0 should present himself:
1. Man 2.0 should be positive and personable: Nobody wants to deal with a depressing person that constantly complains. Man 2.0 understands that a central part of having an attractive personality is being able to handle everything with a positive and upbeat attitude. That leaves people with a good impression of who you are and it makes them want to be around you. That may be the most important thing you can take from this post.
2. Man 2.0 is Never Never ignorant, loud, or disrespectful: it simply speaks for itself. There is never a need for a Man of today to speak down towards another human being, nor should he feel the urge to display a lack of intelligence. If somebody or something is provoking you to act anyway that was previously stated then you need to vacate the area immediately because it isn't worth it.
3. Man 2.0 keeps his appearance mature and clean: You could have on a name brand everything and still look sloppier than a big mac. You have to make sure that the items you wear are clean and worn for the proper occasion.
4.Man 2.0 is always real with himself and doesn't put on a facade: Just because you have an outfit that is worth 50 $50's doesn't mean that you are. if i had to chose between the person that has a $1200 outfit on, but acts like stereotypical ghetto trash and the person that has a $100 outfit on, but is respectful and mature i am going to pick the $100 person every time. Don't allow yourself to get swept up in what you have on and allow it to be who you are.
