Live and work in the ultimate man cave. 1925 reimagined former car dealership in Joplin, MO. The apt. has 2bds, 3ba, and the entire bldg. is 9,200sqft. It even has a safe room, in case you're ever under attack.

It's huge and has a parking lot to match.

Weird that it spans across the neighbor's house.

Most of the space is the garage area.

They've got a net here for pickleball.

In this part there's the man cave. They have a full bar.

Games.

And, a band stage. Actually, if you get a liquor license you could open up a club.

The living quarters has a big kitchen. Very cold looking, though.

Dining area. The place needs some color and decor.

Every man cave needs a urinal.

Spiral stairs to the 2nd level.

Probably a small TV room, but I think it's the 2nd bd.

The primary bedroom has a glass wall overlooking the 1st fl.

On the other side of the glass wall, there's a mezzanine.

Ensuite with a tub and shower.

0.35 acre lot.
