A dash of graffiti, with a touch of Hip Hop... "DA TAPE EATER" resin art multiple from BEGS ONE!!!
NEW POST: San Francisco based artist, Jon King aka BEGGAR SO or BEGS ONE, created this great character "DA TAPE EATER", and wanted to bring him to life... so with the help of Scott at Shinbone Creative, he figure was brought to life in the 3D form, and then molded, cast and produced at Mana Studios! Standing 6" tall, this resin art multiple turned out really great... we dig the attitude it has, and for those of you who are into that whole urban vinyl/art scene, this is for you. "One night He arose in the junkyard deep confused and alone and looking for a beat some trouble and baseline you know the stuff that dreams are made of. The tape eater stood up looked around and tried to call out to someone anyone, but could not make a sound and in that very moment he realized something was missing and that he was very, very hungry as well. So our heroes set out on a journey to find his purpose and the delicious mix tapes his little tummy desired. What will he find?" Now you're thinking, where can I get this guy... BEGS ONE will be participating in a resin art/toy show at LuluBell Toys in Mesa Arizona on April 8th. More information about the show will be available soon, and his plan is to have custom paints of this figure and some blanks as well as some original art at the show on the 8th... so stay tuned! http://dlvr.it/KXWQ0R
@huckgee’s “Bugslot & Denguard #9 - The Winter Variant” pre-order announced!
NEW POST: Grey Wolf's Creek has a winter. A long, numb, wintery winter. The kind of winter that smarter critters would hibernate through. But for Bugslot and his teammates, rain, snow, sleet or shine, duty always calls. Get a fresh new coat of arctic white painted up on Denguard #9, fire up that diesel and get on out there. Denways need to be cleared, paths de-iced, and perimeters patrolled. On the plus side, you can't exactly complain about the the cold when you're riding atop a diesel engine and wedged into a sweltering tin can.The previously released “Bugslot & Denguard #9” is a more lightly armored version of the bigger mobile pillbox battle units within artist @huckgee’s fictional world, but that doesn't mean these roughly foot-tall mechs aren't some of the most impressive things you can add to your designer toy collection. Pictured in the new “Winter Variant” edition, this version will be available to preorder exclusively at www.HuckGee.com on February 11th, 2016 from 12:01am Pacific time until Midnight only. Cast in resin by Mana Studio, these beautifully hand-crafted figures will be individually signed and cost $475 apiece. http://dlvr.it/KSZdJF
