Tofu Kisses&Snuggles 5 and Emergency 8, with Tog taking care of Touko during a bad time?

Touko awakens in darkness. Instinctively, she tries to jerk her body, but her limbs are pinned down. She can’t even twitch her head. When she attempts a scream, the tight grip on her neck stiffles it. A strangled groan shatters in her throat, and almost choking, she swallows the shards. Her throat burns, spreading flames to her stomach, filling her head with smoke.

Suffocating, she struggles against her bonds, but the pressure doesn’t yield. It sits on her, straddles her, vaguely humanoid, darker than black, clutching her wrists, smothering her mouth. So many hands.

Light floods into her vision from the left. The bed shifts. A hand touches her shoulder, but this one doesn’t belong to the ghost overhead. Moments later, Byakuya’s face enters her vision. His lips contort until finally, she understands.

“You’re safe, Touko.” He already said it a dozen times, probably, but the words are words now.

Touko feels the monster recede into her memories, then throws herself at Byakuya. She vomits flames into his chest as she sobs, clinging to his shirt. His arms wrap around her, his lips graze her hair, and they remain like this long after the fire in her has died down.

Tog’s FTE events should be enough to show there’s no chemistry between them. I mean, he’s awful with everyone in DR1. I still think they can be great friends, but couple? Naegi would run away after two days.

i’ve said it before but fanon naegam1 wants what canon naegiri is. “in character’ naegam1 just... sucks. i can see them becoming friends but there’s no chemistry, no (for me) appeal. their school mode ending where they get to know each other is still pretty fragile and sets up a toxic power dynamic.
