Fredi Gonzalez Fired!
I haven’t watched a Atlanta Braves game since last Friday and I’m still not watching one tonight but today I’m very happy. Fredi Gonzalez has been fired as the manager for the Atlanta Braves and it couldn’t come at a better time.
The Atlanta Braves are the only team without double-digit wins. They tie up games only to lose them in extras. Even the bullpen is awful as most of the time the Braves do have the lead, they blew it. And the offense is just terrible. Never in my life have I seen a team with so few home runs to begin the season and scoring the lowest amount of runs. Also, they’ve barely won any back-to-back games and they’ve only won one series so far this season. It was so bad that it had to be done. Glad they fired Fredi Gonzalez.
Now the question is who’ll replace him. Right now, looks like the AAA manager for the Braves, Brian Snitker will be replacing him and from I’ve read, the Triple A team in Gwinnett is doing a lot better than the MLB team themselves. If you’re pit these two together, you can expect a quick win from the Gwinnett Braves over the Atlanta Braves because when I read the results that my phone sends me, I’m quite impressed. Even the lower minor league system of the Atlanta Braves is better than they are.
Today, it was time to shake up the Atlanta Braves who want to make their last year at Turner Field a memorable one. And they did it by firing Fredi today. Now let’s hope that the Braves can start getting better.
