One year with "one true love" (I just don't believe that there could only be one of those, so this question is stupid). I wouldn't be able to stick to one person forever, I don't think.

I don't even really know what that is, so I don't know.

Estonian. I really like the sound of Estonian even though I don't speak it.

I remember replying "sleeping" once to this question but I actually think I'd live without eating/drinking, because at least I wouldn't be able to dehydrate myself again. Besides, I like sleeping when I end up sleeping.
