Answered 7.What religion/philosophy do they believe in?I kind of already answered this one, too. “Mel believes in Andraste and The Maker, but she’s not overly religious.” She’s not sure that she believes all of the stories she’s been taught and she doesn’t understand why any God would condemn her people to the blight and etc.Did they sacrifice Hawke or the Warden? Why?Mel sacrificed the warden. Part of her decision was based on what she felt Varric would want her to do. She trusts and respects him and knows the effect it would have on him if Hawke were to die. The other part was logistics. She felt like Hawke would be far more useful than just one warden, especially having a warden already within her companionship. (Or so she thought) She hardly knew Hawke, but she knew him longer than the warden. Considering what the wardens had done to each other, she wasn’t sure she trusted them entirely. What will they do after they defeat Corypheus?Well first she makes sure her people and her companions are safe. She cares for their well-being. Next she plans on having a legitimate date with Bull. After that, she doesn’t care. Her friends and her love are safe and that’s all that matters. She’ll take it one step at a time.

hahahahahah all the fucking time. but it’s really okay, i don’t mind anymore (: i actually kind of like dressing as androgynously as possible because 1. i feel more comfortable and 2. i like confusing the shit out of people

not unless i know them really, really well. then i’ll make fun of them a little, but i always try to be as sensitive as possible and will always apologize if i go too far. 

JEAN KIRSTEIN: Tell us about the person who has shaped you into who you are now.

i’m a very different person right now than i was last year— even last summer— and  it’s a really good thing.  i think a huge part of me changing for the better was becoming a part of the beanie fandom. DON’T LAUGH OKAY >:|

i don’t know, it’s just everyone is so supportive and really kind, and i haven’t felt like i really belonged anywhere until recently, when i made a few friends in the fandom and started getting more involved. i think as a result i’ve not only become a better writer, but also a more positive person. they make me want to become a more positive person. ughh i love them. 

SASHA BRAUS: Tell us a story that your friends won’t let you live down.

oh my god so this one time it was really late and i was a little high on life and my friend cassia and i were attempting to pronounce snk character names after switching the first and last letter of their names. examples: basha slouse, kean jirstein, barco modt, zanji hoe, etc. 

anyway i was trying to figure out connie springer, and for some reason, instead of saying sonnie cpringer, i just said connie springer in a weird british accent. i guess it was kind of a you had to be there thing but it was so hilarious and simultaneously embarrassing and my friends like to bring it up a lot.

3. A game that holds a special place in your heart?

Resident Evil 6. People hate it but it’s one of my favorite games of all time. I love Piers and his steak, Chris and his dumb vengeance, Helena and her kickass attitude, Leon and his weird hair, Sherry and her supergirl status, and Troy Baker Jake Muller. 

4. Favorite video game character? 

It tends to change a lot, but Anders from Dragon Age II is a character that I have always had a ridiculously large soft spot for. I love that moron. 

5. Least favorite video game character? 

Probably Diana Allers from Mass Effect 3. Her only purpose was to have weird boobs and annoy the shit out of me. Jesus Christ, I think I skipped through every conversation with her that I could. Couldn’t stand her. 

8. First video game you remember playing?

Dragon Age Origins. I followed Morrigan around everywhere pining for her attention, it was embarrassing. I still love her to death. Mhmm. 

9. Age you started gaming? 

I started PC gaming when I was thirteen, and started console gaming when I was fifteen.
