It’s the end of summer, so in tribute to our trashy summer read of choice Kevin Kwan’s China Rich Girlfriend, we’ve pulled together some choice culinary selections to prepare you jetsetters for colder weather... Mandarin Kitchen (Bayswater, London): lobster noodles, last time i was there I ordered a mean sweet and sour chicken too.
