Bodybuilding in general has “mandatory poses” and “free posing”

Here is a popular free pose called “most muscular” (sometimes used as a mandatory pose). This would not be a pose of choice in MWBB for reasons stated below.

Different bodybuilding categories may have different mandatory poses according to requirements of the category.

Muscle worship bodybuilding (MWBB) mandatory poses or free posing would showcase development of muscles in wide expansive poses rather than closed-in poses:

Thighs spread apart, arms out, chest out, back muscles evident.

Although totally worshipable in its own right, the closed-in nature of this pose would not have the quality required in a MWBB pose, which put simply might be “welcoming” or “inviting”
