i love the scene with jade and mandible/manny in episode 11 of private nightmares for a lot of reasons

one of them is the cutaways to aabria and xander having the only appropriate reaction to watching these two have a conversation, which is pure unbridled glee

Private Nightmares — go watch it if you haven't already!

The setup with the couches is so clever. The NPCs are so cool. The Beast is ever-present and so menacing. The player characters are so fascinating.

And Manny is so.... Perfectly weird and scary and awkward and intriguing.

Discovered and binged S1 of Private Nightmares over the past two days, and I think I've been afflicted with a new stupid blorbo because I can't get over how sweet and dumb and tragic Mandible is. Need to pluck that stupid Malkavian up and put him in my pocket and tell him I love him.

i need to never get attached to Alex’s characters, cause they always fucking die. consistently mind you. Alex will play someone, I will love them and they will get fucking OBLITERATED.

IT HAPPENED FOR OCCTIS AND IT (MAYBE??) HAPPENED FOR MANDIBLE. ALEX. I KNOW ITS PREDICTABLE, BUT IM STILL SHOCKED EVER TIME
