he’s a perfectionist and a bit overanxious

loves coffee, books, friendly debate, traveling, and his gf liss beckham

“exercise? what’s exercise?” (don’t take him to a gym)

he was his high school’s valedictorian; is proficient in four languages and conversational in a couple more; would talk forever about star wars; makes pro/con lists on a regular basis; wouldn’t mind staying in alone on a friday with pizza, red vines, and a movie; oh, and one time when he was upset he stole a boat

(because that’s what you do when you’re upset, duh)

joss, a result of teen pregnancy, grew up with his mom in a small beach town outside of los angeles. she worked at and eventually owned a bed and breakfast. aka they’re rory and lorelai gilmore :)

joss didn’t know his family very well until his mom needed help paying his private high school tuition. her parents and joss’s dad stepped into the picture with deep pockets and an expectation of finally getting to know joss. everything went... better than expected. they weren’t the monsters jocelyn painted them to be, and his mom remained #1 in his heart.

it had always been joss’s dream to attend harvard until he realized that stanford was just as good of a school, a trip home could be made without booking an expensive plane ticket, and he would have the opportunity to foster a relationship with his mom’s parents who lived in palo alto.

stanford was great!! until liss’s dad Crushed his Journalism Dreams and joss had a breakdown (see: one time joss was upset and stole a yacht). he took a semester off of stanford, lived with his new best friends aka his grandparents in palo alto bc he couldn’t face his mum, acted a bit reckless for someone as put together as he usually is, but he eventually came around to finish out his double degree along with the community service he had to do for stealing said yacht.

now he’s living in san diego which is gr9 because his dad lives here, his grandfather visits weekly for business, he’s an hour away from his mom, AND he’s with liss!!! what could be more peachy!!!!

he’s a busy bee working away at [job or schooling tbd] but he’s doing pretty well and trying to keep his stress down. right now things are alright. he likes the sun.

platonic;; no doubt he’s made friends, both good and bad, through his grandfather’s and the beckham’s wealthy connections in san diego. stanford alum, too. he tends to keep to himself but he’s friendly, presentable and carries charm in his posture and smile. he’s very loyal and a fantastic listener but u gotta be able to handle his emotions. joss really takes what you say to heart. don’t hurt my smol bug. once i decide his occupation coworkers and people he knows because of his work can be sorted!

okay!!! so i’d really love to have casey’s two sisters on the site!! i’d also be ok if you wanted to change one to a brother?? honestly whatever you’d want to do is fine! his older sister is at least 26, but can be older if you’d like. his younger sister is between 20 and 22, but if you’d like to make her a little younger or maybe even a year older (casey’s 24 going on 25), i’m sure we can make it work!

anyway, the cohens are originally from sacramento, but moved to san diego when casey was seven. their parents (who i have yet to name) are a plastic surgeon (mom) and a pediatrician (dad), so they grew up upper class, and were all pretty spoiled (especially the youngest).

i see all three of them being really close??? just because i’m a sucker for family plots! their faces are both open, as long as they look at least somewhat similar to dominic sherwood! message me if you’re interested in either <3

if you’re familiar with gilmore girls, then i am requesting the site’s version of the life and death brigade at stanford. specifically the people that were involved when liss was in college. the society’s actual name is tbd, but basically it is full of thrill-seeking, sometimes life threatening, and above all completely secret adventures and escapades that have been carried on by generations after generations. most of the kids in it come from long lines of former members - for example, liss’s great great grandfather was a founder. i imagine that most of the members were familiar with one another in some form or another prior to actually joining the organization. for the most part they’re all private school kids from old money familiies so it makes sense that they would’ve run in similar circles. it’d be really cool if some of them attended private schools near san diego together also. there can be current and former students thrown into the mix, just gimme all the people!!!

don’t let her last name and her pretty face fool you into thinking she’s the princess her parents had hoped for

sure she enjoys fancy dresses and sipping champagne, but what she likes even more is swigging from stolen bottles of cristal in poolhouses and tearing said dresses during drunken escapades

she’s always been the leader and the instigator in her group of friends, which typically means that she’s the one coming up with excuses to get out of trouble too

her father is the ceo of becks media group, a fortune 500 company that has its hand in just about every area of media whether its printed publications or digital broadcasting

even though the company is based in both los angeles and new york, the beckhams have remained in san diego because they always thought it would be the best option for their children

to say she was spoiled would be putting it lightly - her place in one of the nation’s top preschools was reserved before her mother was even five months pregnant

she’s attended a slew of some of the best private schools money can buy, and additionally gotten kicked out of two of them. the first was for staging a uniform protest at in which she convinced all the girls to burn their bras on the lawn - and subsequently caught the lawn on fire.

the second time was in ninth grade when she sold weed brownies at a bake sale and “forgot” to tell anyone woops

surprisingly, though, the only thing on her record is an assault charge from the night of her 21st birthday when she got behind the bar to self-serve and kneed the bartender in the groin when he tried to stop her

thankfully daddy got that one expunged

she’s part of a big group of private school friends that had remained inseparable for most of their lives despite most of them fucking up countless times and causing serious mayhem

she took a gap year between graduating high school and college, traveled around europe and asia, and got belligerently drunk on daily

in college, she was a part of a centuries’ old secret society that the beckhams had always been a part of. as for her academics, she realized she had absolutely no idea what she wanted to do but somehow ended up with a degree in finance and a minor in marketing LOLWUT

it’s been a year since she graduated and she got a job as a financial consultant for her family’s business but truthfully has NO idea what she’s doing so she’s mostly just continuing to act like a 21 year old who gets plastered every weekend and wakes up in the dorms of college freshman huh

also someone is making the male rory to her logan and i am so excite bc all the angst and fluff
