I think many people share my joy at the release of a new Chapter from Yana. It brought us back to Real time, it's bigger. And personally I (finally!) I was pleased with the appearance of a highly-artistic panel. Which I can mock a little.

I love both twins equally, they are both wonderful innocently injured children to me. Besides, I'm in the same limbo right now.

I was a little scared and very excited to draw this particular frame. The whole fandom loves him so dearly... In addition, here Ciel is a character that I handle with great care. It took me a long time to finish. In the end, there were three options, but there will only be two. They are the same and different at the same time. The first drawing is made in the style of watercolors from old, slightly faded and yellowed pages of children's books of the Victorian era. And it is as realistic as possible, it reflects the reaction of a tortured, weakened child who is faced nose to nose with a powerful otherworldly force that threatens to take away his soul. Here is Phantomhive, surprised, but persistent.The second option is grotesque. It reflects my interpretation of this frame and adds a bit of a grin.

While I was redrawing, repeating with my own hands, what the author of frame once did, I began to understand him more. First of all, it is very close, closer than I previously perceived this location. Intimately close. The demonic gaze clearly saw somewhere inside the boy his bright and very appetizing soul. Therefore - reflex salivation! Like Pavlov's dog ))))) Only now it will be Fantomhive's dog! Second, the boy definitely doesn't like this pose. He would avenge such frivolous treatment of him! Third, this soiled shirt and bruises on the bulging areas of the child's face... While I was drawing them, it became all too obvious exactly how he got them. It's hard to think about... Fourthly, it seems to me that this damn demon could not miss the moment of maximum convergence. So he lightly touches the pulse on the boy's carotid artery with his ring finger, and with his thumb smears his demonic defecation on the plump Phantomhive's cheeks. 

As a result, my favorite boys froze in this pose, which warms the imagination of young shipers. But I'm not worried about the purity of the baby's soul. From this position Phantomhive always can suddenly bite the demon by the nose!
