Today YOU DECIDE you can either chose one of the hosts poses or one we've already done that you'd like to revisit or come up with your very own mangly pose. This is your day!😙 . As this is my final post for this challenge I want to shout out to every single one of you, I love how much fun you had with this funenge. There is just no denying the love and support we feel everytime we enter the gallery. This is all down to you and as hosts we are beyond humbled that you trust us as hosts to guide you in your daily practice.  We are honoured that you joined us and shared your personal journeys with us, I'm an emotional girl and sometimes your captions almost had me in tears. You're all an inspirational group of participants and I genuinely mean that , I hope you believe that without each and every one of you this challenge wouldn't have been what it was. . Just because some of these poses were not typical, by the book yoga poses doesn't mean you weren't practicing yoga, for the most part we all practiced non attachment, not being so hung up on what the pose should look like but we would like to think we encouraged you all to explore the pose and find the internal benefits of the pose yourself. And hopefully in doing that you learnt something new about your own practice . . We've had the best time ever over the last 2 weeks I cannot begin to tell you how much fun we've had and I am so excited to see what you all do today. So much love for you all and thank you again💌 . D A Y 15: #SleepingBuddha aka #DoesMyAssLookBigInThisAsana 😂 Our beautiful @yogamand has the deets for today's pose but be warned she called this restoritive so be prepared to take her down!  😂 . I filed this pose in the "don't even bother trying folder" when Drea sent it to us. My brain went into overdrive trying to come up with ideas of how I can  cheat or go rogue..... BUT the other night I had a marathon hippie session that resulted in a very close resemblance to the full pose only problem was the pic itself was 💩 So I gave it another shot last night and this was the best I could muster but to be fair, after that session 4 days ago I'm STILL WALKING LIKE JOHN  WAYNE 😂🐎 I don't think my hips/legs will ever be the same again 😂😂😂 Be warned! 🙄 . . Here's my daily #GalleryNews 🤓 . @joanna_lovegood gave us a hilarious name for her pose 😂 . @kimberly_lightloveyoga shared the drama of getting into a pose just in time for the camera timer, what us yogis for a pic eh 😂 . @cen.cavalie & @raeofsun8 both had a 4 legged companion showing them how it's done   😉 . You know when viewing the gallery some pics just stand out for different reasons, well these 2 ladies stood out for me yesterday please check out  @inversionjunkie & @pamela.bittencourt.barros seriously I am lost for words. 😱 @bon.up.a.tree gave the best description I've ever read about backbends in a single one liner. Go read it for yourself cos I'm running out of caption space 😂 . @alicia.cakes shows us how to do the most graceful yoga fail ever 👌 . It wouldn't be a Ruthie challenge without a decent backbend now would it 😲 And this is what @pinkchampagne13 has asked us to do, a mash up between; pigeon, camel, little thunderbolt and some eagle arms 👀 Piece of cake, right😱 . You wanna know how to cheat in this one.......start in reclined hero and lift up onto your head and take the pic overhead, no one will ever know you're just chilling in this pose 😉😉😉😉 😉 . Can you believe there's only 2 more days left: Drea's day and then yogis choice so start thinking about what you're gonna come up with for the final day now, I cannot wait to see what you all come up with😤 . I had some fun checking in on the gallery yesterday and here's the lowdown😂 . Isn't it funny how, as soon as you turn upside down you lose all knowledge of your left from your right....   @nuttaya_jib learned that simply doing yoga will never teach you you're left from your right.😂 . Love that we have some very indecisive yogis out there and we get mutiple variations in one post @tes_journey gave us all 3 versions yesterday! As if one variation wasn't hard enough 😱 . We have some caption slackers out there   @chocosant @jeng_hermin_setyorini @fraxx2012 @yogi_debby & @yogimarin seem to be peeps of a few words but absolutely amazing pics so I'll let them off for now.....😈 . She sent me her pic for today's choice and I had to ask her for a list of what the hell it was 😂 I couldn't even figure her pic out so here is a breakdown of the elements:- . ✔ Funky arms - yep got that 😉 . ❌ Funky pigeon - urm kinda 😕 . ❎ Mangled leg position - nailed it 👊😂 . Jem gave me permission to mangle it so that's what I did, don't ask me what I did though 😂 . I had a crazy few days in work this week so falling very behind on my hosting duties so I apologise but here's a rundown after my marathon catch up session last night 😆 . We had some brand new peeps joining us doin some mega catch ups with mutiple posts in one day 😱 go show some love to these awesome ladies  @v.e.r.o.n_rozer & @saveserenityyoga 😘 I've said it before but im so grateful for the effort you all put into joining us on this funenge😍 Check out @yogibix & @lotus.lainey and their beautiful posts for some inspo😍 .
