The last thing I ate was the most delicious chill and lime hummus with carrot sticks. Seriously. It’s the best ever and I wish I knew how to make it because I’d share it with the world.

Bear is confusing to explain. I really don’t know quite how I ended up with it.

You know how some people are Clare Bear? Well for some reason my mum’s family calls me Jossie Bear. I started using it as a name on the web when I was living with my Auntie, and they were calling me it.
