Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, diced mangoes, toasted coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, ensuring it touches the surface of the ice cream to prevent ice crystals from forming.
