Hello my spoonie friends + others: I'd highly recommend this app, mangohealth. It helps you keep track of all of your meds, you can set schedules and alarms for individuals or sets. It keeps track of your records of taking meds and you can earn points! Every time you add a medication, it sends you messages to your inbox (on the app) and tells you possible interactions with your other meds, over the counter meds, foods and drinks, etc. It's how I found out about an extremely dangerous interaction with one of my meds and alcohol (after it happened), when my doctor neglected to tell me. It also messages you info about your new medication. I'd highly recommend it, and best of all, it's completely free! TL;DR -Gives you info about your meds -Tells you about possible interactions with other meds you are on, or with food or alcohol -Helps you take your meds on time -Rewards you for doing well -It's free! -The app is called mangohealth Check out their tumblr too! @mangohealth
