A delightful combination of mango and raspberry flavors in a creamy parfait, topped with crunchy granola and a hint of honey.
Ingredients: 1 cup mango puree. 1 cup raspberry puree. 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. 1 cup granola. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix mango puree with 1 cup of Greek yogurt. In another bowl, mix raspberry puree with the remaining Greek yogurt. Layer the mango mixture, raspberry mixture, and granola in serving glasses or bowls. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. Drizzle honey over the top of each parfait. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
