Me too. My mama always laughs when I say this but it seems so nice. Sleeping and being standoffish sometimes except when you want to give your love. I really want to purr. so gentle and warm
they're very Zen
they're also just... themselves
unapologetically so
hello farah. i was thinking about what you were saying about time, schedules, wanting more than five minutes for your breakfasts, and came across this quote in Isabel Allende's introduction to Eduardo Galeano's Open Veins of Latin America. She quotes Galeano as saying "I am not particularly interested in saving time: I prefer to enjoy it" and I thought that was so subtle and true and i wanted you to hear it. read it and thought of you immediately. hope you're keepin on these days.
this is perfect. thank you so much <3

tumblr sort of starts to erase the convenience of friendship. if you have a relationship w/ someone from tumblr (platonic or other), it isn’t convenient, and so you don’t tend to put up with someone who isnt on your wavelength just to have friends
this is the most succinct statement about navigating relationships, especially post-tumblr
yes
