Yeah, the wii has a good handful of genuinly great games! Fragile Dreams being one of them. It's a pretty unknown game, but it has a solid cult following. I've been tracking the tag for a year now, and there's at least one new post every day!
But really, if you want to play a game with a really good emotional punch, you should try Fragile Dreams.

i get why a lot of people make him a butt monkey (especially bc of Smash bros) but his story is really depressing. his dad was a war mongering madman, his sister sacrificed herself, then his best friend/lover killed him in other time lines? sad tbh
The Smash Bros thing at first was a liiiittle funny, but now it feels like it's just incredibly mean spirited- even every character has a nice, neat trophy and on his, his clothes are dirty and worn a bit off in some places. :/ Yeah, his story is really sad, and it's a shame that he's just seen as a joke where all his efforts to do his best despite all that doesn't matter.
