Thanks for all this compiled info! However, I’d like to mention that Marlene said that Charles and Mona played together for a while (probably without knowing Charles’ identity) before Mona was revealed. So i personally think that Charles didnt exactly come into the A game after Mona was revealed. I think Charles took over even before Mona went to Radley. Remember when the episode in which Mona was sent to Radley, at the end of that episode, Red Coat visited her and she said to them “I did what you asked.” I think that RC (in a mask) was working for Charles and has been the one through whom Charles controlled Mona.

“Well Mona says that when she was in Radley, this “A” stole the game from her. She was playing the game with this “A” but then this “A” stole the game from her. So if we believe what Mona said — and I am currently believing that — then this “A” stole the game from Mona, starting at the beginning of season 3.”
So the Red Coat, that Mona hallucinated, visited her in the end of Season 2. However, Charles played together with Mona and stole the game from her after she was admitted to Radley, in the beginning of Season 3. Therefore, until Season 3, Charles didn’t interact with Mona. Charles took it over from her, a while later because he had to figure out how to play the game. There are three Red Coats though. One of them was Alison and one of them was CeCe. The other Red Coat’s intention remains unknown. She is either working for or against Charles.
