Finally after a few weeks broke through my depressive funk and made it to the gym! #manpersonalbest #60daytransformation #ididit :)
Side view between today, vs two weeks into my cut. According to my scale, in the past two weeks, I've lost... nothing. Still at 162lbs. My progress pics I make sure to take first thing in the morning before my work out. No pump, no flexing, no filters. I am trying to get an honest reflection of my progress. Now, perhaps I am just being optimistic, but even tho the scale says I haven't lost any weight, I think I may of made a little more progress than I think. I know I could of done better, but I'm trying to not worry to much on what the scale says, hence taking these progress pics, to help me see what results I am really getting. For I think, sometimes, the scale can lie. #mansports #manpersonalbest
Ok, that time again. One month into my cut. According to my scale as of this morning, in the past two weeks, I've lost...... nothing. Lol I've made some bad food choices. Honestly for a time I was mad at my partner. He likes fast food, and the only times I tend to blow my macros tends to be with him. However, I took a step back and really thought about it. It isn't like he is forcing me to eat the fast food, and even then, I could get less, and could choose better options. Blaming him was just me trying to blame someone else for my own bad choices. Just another excuse. But this is just a hurdle I had to get over. Just because I made a couple mistakes doesn't mean I just quit. I can learn from this, and use it as motivation for the weeks to come, instead of letting it weigh me down. Everyone makes mistakes, the challenge is if you learn from it, or if you keep making that mistake again and again. #mansports #manpersonalbest
Pre workout, not just for before the gym, but you can also use it during. Lol Trying to work toward doing one arm push ups, so use the container to help me balance while putting as much weight on the one side as I can to build up to only using one arm. #manpersonalbest #mansports
Meal prep. I like to save most of my fats and carbs for dinner, so I get to enjoy a turkey burger for dinner. This is how I stay on track. What tricks do you use to help stay on track? #manpersonalbest #mansports
Getting in an hr workout isn't the hard part. It's what you do with the other 96% of your day that is. Trying to keep my refrigerator stocked with healthy foods to keep me on track. #manpersonalbest #mansports
I love high carb day! One of my favorites after a great workout. #manpersonalbest #mansports
Been wanting these for about a year now, so decided to treat myself to a new toy and shirt! Goal... get fit enough to look good in the new shirt! Lol #mansports #manpersonalbest
