Took Renner Spastic on a run today, for the first 2 miles of my 7. About 1.5 miles in he'd had enough, so dad had to do some 35 lbs pup carries for a quarter mile. Once he realized how close we were to home, he hopped down for the last quarter mile. He was kind enough to let me get a photo later, during my cool down. #TrainingDay #MansBestEver
