In ESO, my partner, @elistixwarriorx and I were questing in Greenshade, when I happened upon a Khajiit named Cold-Eyes outside the Khajiiti inn that needed my help. Casually leanining back, and flipping a coin, much the same as the RP emote, the Khajiit explained he was after a Bosmer named Manthir who owed a debt to the "Fat Cat" mob boss. Which of course, I found the playful nickname to be hilarious.
Anyway, it gets even more funny. I jogged over in my stylish leathers, to Manthir's house. How creepy it must be to have stranger know where to find you so easily. (Thanks quest markers). Manthir explains he can't, and that he only has enough to feed himself because a lady named Farwen swiped his money from him. That damn swindling Bosmer! Usually it's the Khajiit doing that, here have a collar and chain, pretty bosmer. Food and water over there . *Pat pat.*
You're given the option to intimidate him for the money, or to help him out. He explains the Right of Theft in Bosmeri traditions, but I choose to help anyway. Right of Theft: The thief can demand something in return for the stolen good(s).
And of course Farwen demands marriage. She swindled Manthir to get him to marry him! Thank you intern of Bethesda for inputting the crazy lady. This has been quite humorous.
So Manthir agrees to the terms, and I went back to Farwen after completing it, and she says, "Thank you for helping Manthir realize his love for me."
LOL. That's just great. Poor Manthir. What a humorous side quest.
