Mike Ott
The United City Football Club (UCFC) signed Manuel Gelito Ott and Mike Rigoberto Gelito Ott on August 5, 2020. The two midfielders are brothers who are Filipino citizens born in Germany.
The UCFC is a Filipino professional football club competing in the Philippines Football League (PFL), the top-tier football league in the country. Ceres Liner chairman Leo Rey Yanson founded it as Ceres-La Salle FC in 2012 in cooperation with the University of St. La Salle of Bacolod.

In 2017, the club joined the PFL and was renamed as Ceres-Negros. Emirati-Philippine sports marketing firm MMC Sportz Asia took over the management and renamed it as the UCFC.
In July 2020, the UCFC announced its takeover of Ceres-Negros. The renamed club is focused on retaining the titles it has won for the local league and building on its previous successes with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

MMC Sportz Asia is based both in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and in Metro Manila, Philippines. Its CEO Eric Gottschalk, also a UCFC co-founder, said, “We are happy to announce that two more former players have signed on to play for United City Football Club this season.”
“Both Manny and Mike bring a tremendous amount of experience on the club and international level to the team and this will be instrumental in our pursuit to defend the PFL title and to progress from the AFC Cup Group stages in September in Vietnam,” Gottschalk continued. “These two are not our final signings for the upcoming season with four more players to be announced shortly.”
