(I love Manuela so much. She should have been a bicon! I hope they patch her in as a marriage option for both Byleths, she’s just so wonderful.)

When you ask Manuela out on a date, she’s stunned. She’s had dates with women before, back in her opera days, but she didn’t expect for you to approach her like this! She acts like a teenager, blushing wildly and boldly kissing your cheek and holding your hand throughout the date. She’s sad to see it end by the end of it, but tries to playfully wink in order to propose a second date. She fails, but adorably.

She boasts about you quite proudly. Whenever Hanneman or Seteth want to bother her about her unusual habits (always being out late at night and the 3 second rule sandwich incident), she’s quick to point out that at least she has a wonderful woman by her side who she adores. That shuts them up usually.

If there’s someone who’s devoted to you, it’s Manuela. While her room is practically in shambles and her habits aren’t as healthy as they should be, she’s constantly looking out for you. Have you eaten? Do you need something? Is anyone bothering you? She asks in a sweet tone, always trying to make sure you’re doing fine. And if you’re not, she’ll fix it, even if it needs a sword or two.

Being the amazing opera singer she is, she sings for you often. There are nights where she surprises you with dates, taking your hand and showing you a few moves of her time at the opera. She’s still a little nervous every time you two are alone together, because she can’t believe this is really true. Manuela, being able to fall in love, and with a cute woman who loves her back? It’s too good to be true.

After the war, she takes you to Enbarr. Manuela is especially excited to show you the opera house, and eagerly takes you backstage. While talking about her accomplishments in her old days, she notes that she’s looking forward to the new days, too, because she has you to spend them with. The both of you weren’t expecting her to bring a ring, but she does, because it’s Manuela of all people and she’s so excited to spend the rest of her life with you. Married of course, with a gorgeous wedding.
