If there’s someone who’s devoted to you, it’s Manuela. While her room is practically in shambles and her habits aren’t as healthy as they should be, she’s constantly looking out for you. Have you eaten? Do you need something? Is anyone bothering you? She asks in a sweet tone, always trying to make sure you’re doing fine. And if you’re not, she’ll fix it, even if it needs a sword or two.

Being the amazing opera singer she is, she sings for you often. There are nights where she surprises you with dates, taking your hand and showing you a few moves of her time at the opera. She’s still a little nervous every time you two are alone together, because she can’t believe this is really true. Manuela, being able to fall in love, and with a cute woman who loves her back? It’s too good to be true.

After the war, she takes you to Enbarr. Manuela is especially excited to show you the opera house, and eagerly takes you backstage. While talking about her accomplishments in her old days, she notes that she’s looking forward to the new days, too, because she has you to spend them with. The both of you weren’t expecting her to bring a ring, but she does, because it’s Manuela of all people and she’s so excited to spend the rest of her life with you. Seteth x professor!reader

Years have passed since the unification of Fódlan and the monastery was up and running again

You decided to take up a teaching position as it seemed like a good way to really see all of Fódlan in one condensed area

Upon classes starting up, you realized just how familiar some of these names were

Most were children or relatives of those who fought under the current ruler of Fódlan during the war

In fact, a couple of teachers here fought in the war as well

Namely a surprisingly handsome green haired man, Seteth

At first your talks were purely professional

What's the schedule for the day, what activities are being held this month, and what is the monthly quest?

All basic questions

But something inside you wanted to know more about this mysterious teacher

So you decided to try and chat with him over tea

It still seemed impossible to break down his walls

That was until one day

You went to go fishing and Flayn decided to join you

The two of you talked about which fish tastes the best

Seteth was heading to a class when he saw the two of you fishing together

He decided to just stand are stare for a while

He was reminded of a time long passed, but for once it didn't hurt

By the time he snapped out of his daze, the bell for class had rung

The students had never seen Seteth late so the class was filled with rumors and gossip about what could have caused their dear teacher to be late

The next time you and Seteth have tea, he tells you a little more about himself

You smiled the entire time as you finally felt as if you were getting somewhere

Flayn has noticed a little spark between the two of you and has made it her job to set you two up

She usually tries to get the three of you to do something, but then bails last second

Nothing really has changed, you both still go fishing and enjoy tea together

There is one thing that changed

Besides you and Seteth Flayn is the most excited about your new relationship

Early on into the relationship Seteth told you about his true relation to Flayn

You weren't really that surprised by the revelation as Seteth acts as a father figure for most of the students

Even after you retire, the monastery will remember you as more of a mother than a professor
