Los Dreamers en Estados Unidos, los afectados en el Caribe por los huracanes, y los damnificados en México por el sismo y sus réplicas. Se lee y se oye la palabra crisis y desolación en este lado de Latinoamérica, se siente; desastres naturales, y sociales. Solo cuando la tragedia nos acecha y nos encara es cuando nos damos cuenta que vivimos ensombrecidos por el egocentrismo, muchas veces involuntario, por la indiferencia y el desinterés ajeno; que podemos dar más de nosotros pero no lo hacemos, no lo suficiente. “El caos es una escalera” diría Bran Stark, y si esa es la chispa que nos puede ayudar a generar un cambio instantáneo, pero perpetuo, bienvenido el incendio. Aprovechemos este dramático momento para despertar, y dedicar nuestro espacio, nuestro tiempo, nuestros recursos, nuestra mente y nuestro cuerpo para ayudar y continuar haciéndolo por siempre incluso durante la paz. We read and hear the word crisis and desolation on this side of Latin America, we feel it; natural and social disasters. Only when the tragedy stalks and faces us is when we realize that we are overshadowed by the egocentrism, often involuntary, by the indifference and disinterest of others; that we can give more of us but we do not, not enough. "Chaos is a ladder," would say Bran Stark, and if that is the spark that can help us generate an instantaneous but perpetual change, welcome the fire. Let us seize this dramatic moment to awaken, and dedicate our space, our time, our resources, our mind and our body to help and keep it on even in peaceful times.
