oh that’s kinda hard! but for like a weirdly specific reason. their music is kinda formulaic, a lot of songs tend to use the same/similar structure (not a criticism just an observation). so i tend to like a lot their songs in the same way and the same amount. so my fav just changes based on what’s stuck in my head at the time.

so ig rn it’d be amy (from the same titled single)! it’s the one in which takuya yamanaka’s very beautiful voice most recently made me ascend to another plane of consciousness :D

i’m actually kinda insecure abt my colors so hearing that is so nice!! i could definitely say the same about yours!! they combine warmth and brightness in a really appealing way! i also love your rendering/shading style! it’s so painterly in a way that adds depth and texture in such a simple way i’m kinda obsessed with it!!

i love your redesigns! what brushes do you use (do you use procreate, ibispaint, etc?)

i use procreate! i use the 6B pencil brush for everything! but i customized the stroke path with more spacing, removed the taper (i think), and put the maximum size all the way up! if u want the specifics i’ll definitely post abt that later, i just don’t have my ipad with me rn to reference

it’s not anything super fancy since it gets all muddled with my not so good color contrast and lack of shading. so definitely try to use good color contrast (read up on color theory. with all seriousness. then it kinda becomes more or less kinda of intuitive! at least it did for me) and experiment with some shading techniques (idk anything abt that srry) for more depth and easy to see detail!
