7 days to go until we hit the Dolomites trails with views like this at the @thenorthface @lavaredoultratrail. Last year I was already struggling by the time I got to this iconic spot and that smile hides a lot of pain. A year on I can't wait to get back out there. This time I hope I'll have @becsinter for company and a better photo! I'd be lying if I said the nerves weren't jangling a bit. This is a beast of 120km mountain race and it's going to take a lot to tame it. But I'm ready to have a(nother) go. #manvmountain #lut2017 #neverstopexploring

I'm back. I've got a rave number. (It's 114 which is one better than last year's 113) and I'm ready to get my teeth into some mountains. Just one more sleep until my rematch with the @thenorthface @lavaredoultratrail. Thanks to everyone for the messages of support so far.
