i feel like shin and morax's relationship is kinda like mao's relationship with cc except morax is the one thats insane because of his own geass.

morax's geass is the power to manipulate people's wrath, causing them to become enraged and fight morax. it stems from his love of fighting and how they easily get angry. also morax is the embodiment of wrath.

eventually, morax loses control over his geass causing everyone to become angry and want to fight him so they basically take the code from a witch to become a witch himself. then one day they meet shin and give him a geass of his own. from that point on, morax stays by shin's side and he constantly watches over shin. and of course morax's gay ass falls for shin later on since they've known each other for like 14 years-
