Something I truly appreciate about MaoMao heros of pure heart is that by the end of an episode something actually changes. I know this might sound weird but have y'all ever noticed how characters go threw something but evidently stay in the exact same position where they have always been? Like it's easier for writers and animators because by the next episode everything is reset and you have the same characters over and over again without having to worry about their changes from previous episodes. But in MaoMao you have Badgerclops go from this

And it's just so refreshing to see because I feel that if this were any other series Badgerclops would have just been in the same place (not just the bunk beds but in his relationship with Adorabat and MaoMao). This also goes for the impress daddy issues episode where MaoMao just goes to therapy now. I guess only future episodes would tell if these changes show up again or are mentioned but for now I just really love this show
