Fun fact: Mao learns how to shapeshift into a rat to better sneak around! She of course had to catch a rat to study it...and ends up keeping it in her pocket.

Honestly, this fanfic (WHAT?!) gave me this 'gentle' push of inspiration I needed to go back to drawing. Long overdue as I am rusty and crusty and never entirely happy with my drawn babies and tried to get SKILLZ before posting anything (that didn't work, oh well). 

All who read The Guardian love Maori but here's some love for my favourite elven terrorist - Yrja. Fen'Harel trembles.

She offers you a boon that emanates a sense you can only describe as a tranquil melancholy, similar to what one feels when twilight falls over the land. Merely standing near her seems to shroud you in a half-shadow, half-light, and you get the suspicion accepting the boon might make it more difficult for enemies to perceive you...and easier to forget. However, this comes at the cost of your spirit [Experiencing great bursts of power, but it regenerates at a slowed rate. Health restorative effects don’t seem to work. Phantoms attack out of nowhere...but are they real?] It may actually make your journey more difficult. But. At least you can say you overcame the challenge?
