Where’s the nearest beach? This swimsuit was made from an “escape and evade” map of China printed by the US Army in 1944. Fabric maps, durable and easy to conceal, were issued to soldiers in enemy territory. Later given to wives and girlfriends, they were sometimes made into chic and unique clothing.
