Pumpkin Spice Smoothie as Breakfast

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 banana frozen

1/4 cup yogurt plain or vanilla

1/4 - 1/2 up Silk almond milk vanilla flavored

1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

1 cup ice

You can add oatmeal and chia seeds as well
