These pecans with maple glaze are a sweet and crunchy snack that you can eat on the go or add to desserts and salads.
Ingredients: 2 cups pecan halves. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 325F 163C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Put maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mix them together. Toss the pecan halves around in the bowl until they are well covered. Put the pecans on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the pecans smell good and have turned caramelized. Take out of the oven and let cool all the way down. Have fun!
