Ingredients: 8 oz 225g noodles of your choice. 3 tbsp sesame oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar. 1 tsp chili flakes optional. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, along with soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup or agave nectar, and chili flakes if using. Toss everything together until noodles are well coated and heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
