hey guys and dolls!! i’m corrie and it’s great to meet you all. i’m going to be playing the babe that is amelia bones. she’s a feisty lil witch whose ready to take on the world. undercut you’ll find all the info ya need on her. 

so this is amelia bones, she’s a stereotypical hufflepuff. fiercely loyal and a massive hardworker but she’s not the best at finding things. you can’t have it all i guess!!

growing up with two older brothers had led her to be a massive tomboy. she ain’t a girly girl at all. getting her in a dress is tough, i wouldn’t recommend it. 

if you want to be killed then call her amy or any other variation on her name. she prefers to be called amelia. she hates anything else.

she’s pansexual af. she’s out & proud. 

her patronus is a fox

she’s big into the alt // indie music scene & when she’s back home, she’s always going to gigs in muggle london.

she loves a good protest and always seems to find herself in trouble. she can’t help it. trouble follows her around.

she’s outspoken and if there is an issue at school you’ll always know amelia will put her two cents in.

she loves doc martens and has loads of pairs, you’ll often see her wearing them under her robes.

she loves quidditch and is the captain & seeker for the hufflepuff team.

Hi guys! I’m Lilly and I’m so excited to be joining you guys! I figured I’d give a little bit about Ace, and why she is now at hogwarts, and other headcanons.

So Aces fathers family, the graves, have been in American for almost as long as they can trace back. Her ancestor was Gondulphus Graves, one of the original 12 aurors in American. Being an auror was a tradition in the Graves family from then on out. Many of her relatives had been auror, and her father had become one as well. He traveled more that he thought he would of as an auror, getting to see new places and great sights. But he will always tell Ace and her siblings that the best adventure he ever had was the one where he met her mother, a pure blood witch from Scotland. They were quite a happy couple, and soon after they returned to the states they were wed, and shortly after had Acelyn. Eventually they would have up to 7 children. When Acelyn turned 11 she went off to ilvermorny, where she was chosen by the pukwudgie and Wampus house, though she opted for the pukwudgie house. She loved her house, and her school, never wanted to leave it. The summer after her sixth year, she found out that her maternal Grandmother was dying. St. mungos said she maybe had a month left to live. So of course Her family packed up their bags as fast as possible and appareted to St. mungos where they said by her grandmothers, and grandfathers side. Her grandmother passed on July 15th, while she was asleep. The funeral was held a week later, and then the original plan was for them to go back 2 weeks after that. But Ace’s mother and father saw her Grandfather, and how broken he was. He needed them there, in Scotland, for it was all he had ever known. So their family made the difficult decision to leave their Long Island home and move onto the Tyre (her mother’s maiden name) estate. Her father was able to get an auror position in the ministry of magic, and after a talk with the headmaster, Ace was quickly enrolled in Hogwarts, where she now is. Her mother was happy to see her go to her alma mater, though was sad to see her daughter sorted into gryffindor instead of Hufflepuff like she had been. But Ace has grown to love her house, even continuing her passion for Quidditch by making the Gryffindor team as the keeper. She enjoys her life here now, though she often does feel like an outsider. It’s hard to be one of the only Americans in a British school. —————————————------------ Ace is a very passionate girl, wearing her heart on her sleeve. She believes in tough love, that coddling someone only weakens them. She also fancys herself a potions master, if a potions master meant creating explosions and home remedies of course. Ace is very competitive and hates to loose, using all her aggression to make sure she gets ahead, though she refuses to cheat. She can be intense sometimes, tends to be lazy, and quite honestly doesn’t give a damn about her studies, but her heart is in the right place. She is a brave girl who would go to hell and back to help those who need her.
