Here is a picture of a wash and go that didn’t turn out so hot 😐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I wanted to share this picture because I think transparency is important! My wash and gos are not always defined and instagram perfect. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes they turn out to be a frizzy mess like this one. But honestly I’m okay with that. I still went out with this wash and go and wore my curls proudly! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I did not hide my hair in a hat or stay in the house all day. I understand I am STILL on my natural hair journey. I am STILL learning about my hair and what it needs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have to accept I abused my hair for years and it will not recover overnight.
