she was so attached to lord m and he was a great friend and support during her youth. she really admired him a lot. in history he is described as the father she never had, as a loyal friend and companion. in this show, we can see that she had a kind of crush on him (before she meets albert), even she lowkey proposed him but ofc he said she must find another husband and blah blah. albert was the love of her life, i know that, they loved each other so much, but still i just love vic and lord m dynamic so much, after all this is just a show and not a history lesson, so that’s why i ship them, i ship the victoria and lord m of the itv show, only them, not any other victoria and lord m, only in the itv show ;))
