so marc is gonna be living w/ jeremy anderson who is living in the apartment that’s attached to the potter house so these two would def know each other!! i feel like marc really likes the potter girls and does his best to welcome them. also he’s very good w/ computers and def offers to give them free tech assistance whenever they need it. :D

i feel like marc probably comes around the bakery suppper early in the morning after he’s closed up the bar and the bakery probably isn’t open yet, but lexi is there by herself starting w/ the baking, etc. and he says he’s just there for the coffee and a muffin straight from the oven, but it’s like 3am who is he kidding he’s really there for the company b/c otherwise he’d be in bed.

i feel like all of the harris kids will hit up the bar at some point??? meanwhile there’s marc being clueless and probably all but giving out home addresses to the people they are looking for #facepalm (i mean it depends how they ask, etc. but i feel like the harris kids are pretty good at getting people to tell them what they want to know/acting hella casual about it??? or posing as official peeps???)

okay so i feel like these two could be awesome friends??? and they met when jere was dating rora??? i feel like marc is def protective of his sisters, too, but not nearly as protective as nick and he’s more of a ~you’re cool until you aren’t~ type like he’d let his sisters pick whatever guy they wanted to date and that’s fine w/ him right up until they hurt them (meanwhile there’s nick who isn’t gonna even let that be a possibility lol)??? and like idk what nick felt about jere but marc was def cool w/ him the entire time. 

i can also possibly see marc and jere living together? like maybe marc has the bottom bedroom of the apartment? i was actually gonna suggest that he lives w/ nick but i don’t think he thinks that’s a good idea b/c ~criminal activity~ #whoops

but he has mad skillz w/ a computer and he will hack you 

speaking of hacking things he’s kinda a criminal (shhhh don’t tell nick!)

but more on that later 

he grew up in england and came over w/ the fam when he was fifteen to live w/ susan after his parents died

doesn’t do well w/ negative emotions and tbh he was sooo happy to have moved and have this distraction b/c the death of his parents was sudden and hit him really hard but he likes to pretend that he’s okay

he has a lot of unresolved feelings about all of that still and he deals with them by pushing them away/not thinking or dealing w/ them

it’s healthy

but it’s a good thing that susan is an actual mom and nick is an actual dad <333

and marc can be their problematic son <#

even tho he’s a criminal marc is pretty much a good guy??

he’s got a great sense of humor and he’s always laughing at something (half the time it’s something dumb but hey) 

he also just wants good people to be okay 

he was dealing with the loss of his parents when their family friends (the pierces) also came over to america b/c their mom was dying

she actually could have lived if they had had the money for better treatments but they didn’t and instead she died and tbh marc just thought that was the actual worst thing in the history of the universe

all that was standing in between this woman who was basically a second mom to him and death was money and they didn’t have it and she died

and she left behind four kids in a strange country

that’s kinda how marc ended up working w/ xavier

xavier’s been robbing from the rich and giving to the poor (mostly poor people who have sick family members who need the money for medical treatments like his mom) 

but he has no way of actually getting the cash to them w/o raising red flags

which is how marc comes in yay!

he goes around in his spare time and talks to people about setting up a free website w/ him that’s linked to a paypal account and will pick up donations to help them 

while the website is totally legit, it’s also a means of funnelling the illegal funds in small amounts when he hijacks lots of random desktops across the country to “donate” small amounts so it doesn’t look suspicious. 

still marc wonders how long they can keep this up b/c they are stealing from some of the most power men around

truth to be told he’s not afraid of getting caught so much as he’s afraid of what will happen when nick finds out

his bro means everything to him and since he’s a cop he knows that this is especially complicated

at the same time his bro and dean have both accidentally given him and xavier information on their case???

marc is always up for a good time and he def can’t resist flirting w/ a pretty girl

he makes a damn good drink too he’s v good at his job
