Marce: Mom found some stuff of yours when she was cleaning up the house
Marce: did you want me to bring it by?
Marce: how's the new apartment?
Marce: how's living with her?
It had been almost two weeks since she done it. Part of her still in shock that it had happened. Though she knew it had. Marceline remembered every second of it why too clearly for it to have been a dream. Maybe that was why she had been avoiding him like the plague ever since she left his bedroom. It was part of why she had called her boyfriend the morning after and ended it. She just couldn't handle all her own feelings. So, she sat in the den on the couch and tried to focus on the book in her hands and not thing about how she could hear her brother's footsteps shuffling about upstairs. Or how much longer she was going to have to avoid him to keep it from being awkward between them.
