#marchmeetthemaker Day 7 : Routine. I don't really have a routine as such, but I am a creature of habit. And also a creature of bed. I like to take my morning's slooooow. Breakfast is a leisurely affair, eaten while reading a book or @historyextra and is often followed by taking the reading to the sofa to finish my mug of tea. I'll check my emails next, and invariably have an early lunch around 11-11:30am. If I haven't got a job on I tend not to really get started until about 1pm, but I do my best work through the afternoon, and if I'm not going to a yoga class I'll work until I absolutely have to stop to make dinner - something else I like to take my time over! #sleepypeople . #day7 #marchmeetthemakerday7 #illustration #childrenbooks #kidsbooks #picturebooks #kidlitart #kidslitart #childrensillustration #sketchbook #naptime

#MarchMeetTheMaker challenge day 7 - Routine: Our routine is very simple but it varies depending on the workload. We tend to have our breakfast together by our respective computers -- Tadas loves to read up on Reddit about what major things happened in the world and tell me about that, I usually check messages from clients and new orders that came in during the night. Then Tadas goes on to felt the prelaid orders from previous day and I continue with knitting (if any is due) or attaching slippersoles and knitted slipperboot parts to felted shoes. If there are any finished orders I usually pack them in the evening and then take them with me when I go out to town to fetch supplies and visit the post office in the morning. One of the fixtures of our mornings is 2 of our 6 cats that run to the kitchen sink as soon as we wake up demanding fresh water and a chance to get wet - they love it!
