Hi, hello, either I’m misunderstanding your reply or you’re misunderstanding my post so let me explain some things. 

First, you don’t follow me and I don’t follow you so this is already awkward. I personally don’t see what you have to gain by replying to a stranger’s post. It’s not going to stop me from speaking out against what is very blatantly happening. And uh, it probably would have saved your energy to not accept this discourse by just ignoring it than writing out a reply that you know I’m going to see.  

Second, like I said I think you’re missing the point of the post. Yes, all types of Fat Gum are good and beautiful. The problem is that only one type, that is rarely even seen, is being produced in fanart more so than the other. The post I made was talking about the very obvious fatphobia this fandom has, as when we got to see Fat Gum being skinny, his popularity very obviously soared and now like 90% of fanart with him is depicted as skinny. That is a problem that deserves attention. I shouldn’t have to see people say “the hot version” of Fat Gum and have everyone know,”Oh they’re talking about the skinny version,” because that’s the only acceptable way he can be hot and good looking, right?

So yeah, all versions of Fat Gum are good. However, everyone isn’t following that statement. This fandom has decided that one does in fact have more importance than the other. You can guess which one that is and why, and I don’t think I should have to explain why that’s a bad thing. Should be pretty understandable.

You're not alone! I also dropped out of college after realizing I was just doing it cuz I had nothing else I wanted. I actually got a great job with the stuff I already knew ^^ sometimes college can be overrated.. Good luck w/your future endeavors!
