Day 3: Your Favorite Motivational Quote! 💪🏻

Such a beautiful quote. It really speaks to me and I hope it can also apply to your life! Also, I’m very very happy because I bought mildliners!! I’ve been thirsting for them since 2016 and I’m very happy I stopped guilt-tripping myself and finally bought a lot of them. 😌💗 (I had the grey one and it lasted me from 2018-2020!)
I didn’t have class today! I did study the Syllabus of three of my classes and I managed to get organized when it came to that. I was getting confused with scheduling but we’ll get a hang of it. Right now, I’m honestly nervous that I’m doing something wrong already. I can always ask my peers though to clarify. I just feel nervous but then again I haven’t eaten so it would be cruel for me to attend to this thought while I’m physically weak.

Day 2: Your Monthly Goals 💐💐
My goal for the month of March is to prioritize sleep, establish obvious boundaries, and to paint more!
I only listed three because I don’t want to overwhelm myself too much. This is the first month of the term which means I really need to get enough sleep. When you have insomnia like I do, it is physically impossible because my anxiety gets so bad I can’t fall asleep. I actually slept with anxiety yesterday and I ended up having a nightmare so bad I was screaming in the nightmare and I woke up screaming too LOL. I might have to take pills just so I can sleep but I think I’m finally okay with that. When it comes to boundaries, I really need to set it between myself and my work/academics. I am so thankful because the team I work with are all so considerate and kind and they make it so easy for me to remember that I don’t need to overexert myself. I find that I enjoy working a lot so there’s a part of me that gives too much of myself in service. I have to establish an obvious boundary so I know when it stop. For painting, I find it very relaxing and fun and I just want to pour more of myself in my art journal!
March Study Challenge 💞
Day 4: What are your plans for spring break? 🧐
We don’t have spring here but speaking of breaks...I really want to make Sunday a genuine rest day. I want that to be possible LOL. I swear, ever since I started watching shows/movies...I feel so much...better? It really fills up the time and its so relaxing to watch the different content! Especially since most of the shit I’ve been consuming is gay. I guess that’s my plan...to allocate more time to genuinely relax and let loose.
This isn’t a spring break kinda thing though this is something I want to incorporate into the entire term! I don’t want to save relaxation during a two-week vacay hehe. Balance is key :)
